Summary

Previously the shift key for line primitives only allowed diagonals.
This change allows the line to constrain to vertical and horizontal lines.

@Antonio Vazquez (antoniov) the keyboard shortcuts for these primitives work the same as Illustrator. For GP drawing, the alt key is used for straight lines which is different for GP primitive lines. What do you think? Or maybe discuss with UI team?

Yes, I think this change makes sense, so you can do both diagonals and straight lines.

Simplify logic, remove unneeded comparisons

Not sure about that, maybe @Matias Mendiola (mendio) can give you an answer.

We use ALT for straight lines while using Draw tool, because CTRL key is use to erase like in other paint/sculpt tools in Blender and SHIFT key for stabilizer.
I think we should keep ALT key for straight lines also with primitives for consistency
