Since UI already got selecting, it would be consequential to also move general input methods there.
is used in all dimensional editors
can be generalized (not focus on object only)
better place to link to

Not overload UI (too much content in the chapter),
it's advanced (learn how to move object while you not know what an object is), but reading order is already somewhat gone.

except for gizmos the content is unaltered (not much to say about gizmos)
what's left in object has an icon in the header (only also used in the 2D ones)

I don't have a problem with this except the navigation issues, the UI Chapter has become quite heavy.
Maybe there is some restructuring we can do here to make it lighter.
We can come back to this for 2.81, right now I dont want to do any more moving of files.

Yeah, it's too heavy,
axis locking doesn't really fit
maybe we could add a single page 'Tool Input' instead that funcs as a summary and link:
mouse - gizmo, handles
keys - numeric, axis, precision
but that's likely so few that it also could be added to 'tool_system' aka tool intro
