Summary

This patch disables the OS cursor and renders a custom cross cursor as
part of the paint cursor rendering. This eliminates the lag between the
OS cursor and the paint cursor, so it does not look like a stroke
stabilizer is enabled by rendering two cursors on different positions.

When user is in paint mode it isn't possible to use the mouse in any model dialog (quit/debug menu) etc. This needs more testing
