Short description of error
Somehow the pose library don't show any rig or pose. Also, the import/export didn't load anything I download into blender unless I use append to transfer things or image over.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Hi, I still don't know how blender works since I just started about a month now. Somehow, when I make cloth to my character that with subdivision over 15+ then everything will be play so slow or maybe it's lagging out.
