Particles and IPO : Negative value for "clump" seem to not work
Closed, ArchivedPublic

Description

Group: current SVN version
Resolution: Fixed

In the particles panel, "clump" can take a value from -1 to 1 but that doesn't work with the IPO curve. The value is always 0 when the IPO curve is set to -1

On 2.79.5 11.07 17:38 build I have this problem too. I want to use negative value for clumping to have hair meet at their ends, but can't use Curve because it's clamped at 0-1 values.

PS: golven shovel award for me. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

/edit:
I want to use positive values, correction. But problem persists: with Clump Curve I can achieve only effect of hair starting in one point and then spreading, so effect for (-1) value of clamping. Can't get the opposite effect - hair starting at the surface and ther ends meeting at one place - so (1) value for clamping.

After restarting blender it started to work. I feel so stupid now.
