Get rid of obsolete magic edit property #25632

%%%At some point in the past, the redo-action-on-changed-settings feature depended on a magic “edit” property and special-case code in every operator to check whether it’s creating a new object or changing an existing object. This has all long gone, but it seems nobody has updated the included scripts (in release/scripts/addons) to remove the obsolete code. Here is a patch that does that.%%%
