Convex Hull fails in some cases.

Description

The Convex Hull operator gives a completely wrong and messy result in some cases: just add a torus, rotate it around the X or Y axis in edit mode (any amount), then apply the convex hull operator. The result is shown in the attached file.

Even a tiny rotation is enough to reproduce the bug.

I'm on Ununtu 12.04 64-bit, Blender 2.64a official release (r51232). This bug affected the previous release as well.
