When I make a kkey frame on the alpha channel of a texture it don't update in realtime in the viewport (GLSL mode)

This could be a design limitation, but i'll make a closer look to confirm this or fix the issue :)

This is indeed a design limitation and will happen with any material property in GLSL shading. Seems there's already a note in our TODO wiki abour this: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.5/Source/Development/Todo/Animation#Animation

So thanks for the report, but that's how GLSL preview currently works.
