Freestyle Marked Edges destroyed by Boolean, Bevel, Remesh, Skin #35314

- Short description of error ---

Freestyle Marked Edges on mesh are destroyed/corrupted by certain generator mesh modifiers. Some of these you might expect to corrupt marked edges, like Remesh. Others you would expect to work correctly, the most important being Boolean.

- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

Add Mesh Anything
Select certain edges
Mark Freestyle Edges
Apply Mesh Modifier: Boolean (using any other mesh with correct setup), Bevel, Skin, Remesh
Turn on Freestyle rendering
Uncheck Lineset>Edge Types: Silhouette, Border, Crease (just for easy issue identification)
Check Lineset>Edge Types: Edge Mark
Render

%%%Issue is caused by this modifiers not preserving edge custom data. For boolean it's a known issue for a while already. For remesh it's not clear how it's expected to work actually -- mesh is constructing absolutely from scratch.
