Hot Key Dosnt work & loop ring problem #37935

Blender Version
Broken: Blender 2.69
Worked: Blender 269

Short description of error
im using 3ds max preset.
when im in edit mode. ctrl v show vertix mendu. but when i press ctrl f . it donst show face menu

& another problem is when i wana loop or ring edge. i press alt + click on edge for loop. when i leave mouse click & alt. loop gone. but in blender preset there is no problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

@madmaster_3d, Both of them seem to be already fixed in the lastest version. You can test with the latest daily builds here .

hello. i clicked on ur link . there is nothing for dl. im using Blender 2.69 64bit
& its newest version avaiable,

@madmaster_3d Try this link . I was testing with the official daily builds (4b206af), it indeed works as you expected. (a Win7 64 version btw)

ty dude for try help. but this version that u offer. its too much trash.
cuz when i wana use 3ds max preset. its like blender preset. i dunno what is difference
but it official build, hotkeys are like 3ds max.
