Short description of error
3D Print Toolbox intersections check detect false intersections when geometry away from the origin.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enable 3D Print Toolbox addon
  2. Create a sphere
  3. Enter EditMode
  4. Move geometry 20 units away
  5. Make intersections check

Blend file attached: intersections.blend
Left sphere - origin away
Right sphere - origin in center

Stable work of validation tools should be always a priority, once these tools gave incorrect results, artists unlikely would use them again, in fear they might produce incorrect results in other places.
RC will be out soon, could you please fix this issue ASAP?

I made the same request in blender/blender#35123, but it was closed as being a "To-Do":

From Campbell: "The intersection tests can be improved but when you move far the center point you start to loose precision (which is the cause of the problem). this is more of a todo then a bug, closing."
