Particles don't use Curve Tilt Angle to follow #38595

Particles don't use Tilt angle to rotate around a curve at the moment.
Would it be hard to add this feature?

For now particles keep their initial orientation.
It would be handy for animations like cars (particles) follows road (curve).
It would be such easy just set a group of objects (cars) and let them follow a curve (road).
It was quite a pain to find and use some workaround. Video shows WIP result that I is almost what I needed, but I would like to use particles for this purpose - it's faster and easier.

(I can describe more details why I couldn't use another system of creation, but I don't think it's important for my question.)

(Layers 1 and 2 consist from test to understand why particles are switching arround a curve when they get into control point in Y axis as start point. This is a second issue that I wanted to ask, but it is better open new task, right?)
