Broken: 2.69.0r60995

Short description of error
If an f-curve ends at a decimal frame value (say 2.761f), the cycles modifier repeats it from frame 6, cutting the end of the original curve. It's okay for animation, but annoying for drivers. Am I doing this wrong ?

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Here the last keyframe is set at 2.761f and we can see it does not repeat correctly, nor is it offsetting the next cycle when we move it on the abscissa.
