Cycles baking on glossy shaders is not working #40049

Hi Dalai,

as promised, here is the file that illustrates the problem CyclesBakeEnvironmap.blend . I hope that all image files are in there, if not - let me know!
The problem is that there is a very faceted look whenever you bake glossy materials, almost as if it would bake the face boundaries into the combined pass...

The result looks like this:

This is the view direction using the flat rather than the smooth normal, will fix this.
