Broken: Game Engine
Short description of error
Each time I run the Game Engine, the hole display is flickers.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1--Create a new .blend file
2--Change the render option from "Blender Render" to "Blender Game"
3--press "P" on the keyboard to run the scene as a game
4--Now you can see the error ( display flickers now )

This is likely due to your cpu's integrated graphics. Many people have problems with intels integrated graphics chips and running the game-enigne. This isn't something akin to just blenders game engine though.
It isn't a terribly old one but none the less was not built to run games. You can try and run the game engine on mufti-texture mode which is normally default once you switch to game engine mode if memory serves.
Your next port of call is to try and find updated drivers for your integrated gpu if you haven't already and then report back here.

Mitchell, I’ll let you decide here. :)
Is this a regression in 2.70 (in other words, is the problem in previous versions of Blender)? Have you tried updating your driver?
Each Blender version I used, the game engine does not work as I want...
And all my drivers are at the latest versions...

This looks like a very vague report, probably caused by the quality of graphics chart.
As it is not a specific problem or a regression, I am closing.
