Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.70-8904eaf-win32 (both vs2008 and vs2012)
Worked: 'stable" Blender 2.70a

Short description of error
Import SVG deliver broken result

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

File -> Load Factory Settings
Delete default Cube
File -> Import -> Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg)
Load the SVG file located in the attached zip archive:
testtree.zip

In Blender 2.70a "stable", it works great without a problem, in blender-2.70-8904eaf-win32 it give badly broken result
