Loss file after modifying curves!

i did a file were i added some wires using curves with object array and curves

but when i opened up that file i saw that all wire i did has lost their round curve shape
only the curve was left

so i copied and added new wire and deleted old curve

did a render and it work fine then savde file
but when i tried to re open file it refuse to open

i tried to append scene to a new file and it did not work!

win 8.1 error

1-

i was able to append most of the objects in a new file

but as soon as i tried to import several curves at ounce
it crashed
but i was able to import one curve at a time
which is strange!
