Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

As far as I know this has only ever worked with the FBX importer found at http://blenderfbx.render.jp/
Short description of error
The rig is defined in SI as a series of empties with constraints in place of bones. Works like a charm with the above importer, as well as the built-in importers of all other tested DCC packages. In Blender, empties are imported with parent constraints, but most aren't in the correct positions making a simple repair script impossible as well.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just try to import the .FBX. Cheers.

Yep, there are issues ('main' importer just ignores completely armature here, and experimental one imports it in broken ways).
Issue is, I can't investigate such a file, I'd need a (broken) FBX example from SI, but with a very simple rig (as few bones as possible, ideally only two or three). Not a 15Mo (once translate to readable json format) file. ;)
