Keystroke doesn't detect Multi Window Focus.

Short description of error
When working with multiple Windows, Mouse-Click and Mouse-Wheel work now excellent. (Thank You, btw.)
But the Keystrokes doesn't.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open a second Blender Window with duplicate Area. Try both Windows with Mouse over it, and check the Keys. Text Editor don't work, 3D View G,R,P, ... Keys don't work, and so on. Until you click on it to get the Window Focus manually.

Confirmed. Not sure this is desired behavior though - could be a bit risky… :/

That violates the rules how events are expected to be handled by the window procedure. On linux you can easily setup focus folloving the mouse, bet it could be done on windows as well.

Thanks for the report, but it's not considered a bug. Just a way how events are expected to be handed.
