VideoTexture ImageRender does not consider 2D filter actives for the scene #41940

In my opinion, ImageRender should honor the 2D Filter available in the scene, so the output of the ImageRender is equivalent to ImageViewport for the same scene / position.
The attached one-line patch seems to allow this behaviour, through I don't know if it does not have some other bad side-effect.handle_filter_ImageRender.diff

It is not so simple, but it illustrates the problem. The output on the monitor is of course OK (because the grey filter is applied before displaying it), but the generated foo.ppm from the ImageRender is not 'grey' but colored, i.e. the ImageRender does not consider the filter applied on the scene. ImageRender_26x.blend
