Actions were not playing for me, unless I uncheck restrict animation updates.

appears to be some sort of timing related thing? sometimes it happens sometimes it does not, when it does a dead giveaway is he remains in rest pose (arms out) he also will not walk.

Hi Jacob,

with current master I see the same animation in your blend as with restrict animation checked as unchecked.

Could you test if it is fixed for you in current master?

I confirm it runs like silk! Thank you!

Also, the rigid bodies failing on deleting bug is also fixed!

What did you think of it? (I restarted from scratch to make it much much less complex)
I have yet to integrate the walking ragdoll back in to the new file

Now the actor will be easily swapped and vehicles, and drones are possible (with no increase in logic)

however it is coming along and I am almost to where I may try it again.

My gen 3 actor uses about 12 bricks including python!
