fbx exporter ignores auto smooth angle #43148

Version: Blender 2.73

When I export binary fbx only edges marked as sharp are have split normals, angle of auto smooth is ignored.fbx_smooth_angle_bug.blend

To reproduce:
Export fbx from this file.
When you import it (I tried it with Unity game engine and test branch Blender with split normals) only edges marked as sharp are sharp (which is lower half of cylinder, even if upper half should be sharp too because of auto smooth).
