The WooCommerce Gateway Braintree plugin doesn't officially support multiple gateways. Through a modified version of the plugin this feature has been added (in conjunction with a filter in the "a bunch of Tweaks" plugin). However, all Braintree-related USD orders go through the Braintree EUR gateway.
