We don't allow reports about the gooseberry branch, but since this feature has been committed to master in the meanwhile, you should test with an official build from buildbot to see you also get the issue there. If so, you could try if placing this .dll next to the blender.exe makes it work (will be slow, but shows us if this is a graphics driver issue or not)
Cannot recreate with master on Linux btw.
I cannot reproduce the problem here. I tested it with blender-2.73-c439d14-win64 from builbot, mobility radeon 5650, Win7 64.
SSAO and Depth of Field both work fine in the viewport as well as rendered openGL. I tried with my own file as well as the example you posted.
