Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
In sculpt mode, F grap anchored function doesn't work
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a plan subdivide several times
Change to sculpt mode select F grap
set stroke as anchored
set symmetry/lock as:
Then drag the mouse on the plane. the circle will change but nothing happened for the plane.
In Blender 2.69, the function worked.

on blender 2.69, it works well, on blender 2.7X, it doesn't.
I tested on windows vista and windows 7.

I can confirm that the "Anchored" doesn't do anything at all if "Edge To Edge" is disabled. Maybe @NicholasBishop can help us here?

@JulianEisel, if you manage to redo you could attach a blend file too. It works for me when "Edge To Edge" is enabled or disabled.
