Collision Bounds Display Bug #43858

Mac Mini (2011)
OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.2
AMD Readeon HD 6630M 256MB

Blender Version: 2.73a

The Radius of the Collision Bounds of an Object is sometimes not shown, allthough it should be.

Location: The Physics Tab of an Object, Subsection: Collision Bounds.
If Collision Bounds is set to Box and is either enabled or not, the Collision Circle is shown (its size can be changed with the Value of Radius:).
If Collision Bounds is set to "Triangle Mesh" the Collision Circle is turned off, which is still correct.
But if you disable Collision Bounds at this state, the Collision Circle is not turned back on again.

The state of the Collision Circle depends on the "Bounds:" Field and doesn't respect the - [ ] Collision Bounds entry.

Can't find a Collision Bounds panel or so, could you attach a .blend so we can easily reproduce?

Radius.blend

Ok, sorry for my unprecision.

The yellow Circle is the Radius for the Collision. You may change it by the value of "Radius" in the Physics Tab.
If you Press P you see it fall through.

Now we set the Collision to "Convex Hull":

  • Collision Bounds
Now we choose Convex Hull next to Bounds:

The yellow Circle dissapears. Pressing P shows that the collision detection works perfect.

Now disable Collision Bounds:

  • Collision Bounds

The yellow Circle doesn't come back.
Pressing P shows that the collision detection is not Using Convex Hull any more, so I believe the Circle should be
shown.
