wrong color in viewport with sky

Short description of error
When activating "World Background" in the display option of the viewport, if sky is chosen as world environment, a pure white is displayed. HDR works good.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Default Scene, switch to Cycles,
  2. choose "Sky Texture" as world environment,
  3. activate "World Background" in the display option of the viewport

If the exact same sky can't be displayed, at least a blue gradient or a baked version of the sky would be nice, pure white really hurts the eye and makes readability bad.

World background is a feature from @Antony Riakiotakis (psy-fi), better ask him what's expected to be supported and what's not (could be so that some nodes are simply not implemented in GLSL).
