System Information
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bit)
RAM : 7.8 GiB
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz × 4
GFX: GeForce GT 520/PCIe/SSE2

Blender Version
2.75 (hash: 65c3207)

Short description of error
When you have a camera parented to an object and view the scene through the active camera, when manipulating the camera orientation in the viewport (while viewing through the camera with the "Lock Camera to View" enabled) the parent object moves with the camera.. and it shouldn't.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
See the attached blend file. This blend includes two cubes and a camera parented to one cube. While adjusting the camera in the viewport via MMB drag (to rotate) or RMB drag (to pan) the parented cube stays fixed relative to the camera, hence being relocated relative to the world together with the camera basically moving the cubes relative to one another. Changing the XYZ location and rotation of the camera object in the property/object section work as expected, these changes are relative to the parent, however the viewport/"lock to view" manipulation of the camera do not update the location/rotation at all, but only the parent's location/rotation.

The expected result was that the camera would update its transform relative to the parent object while staying locked to the view. For example, if a train moves on a path and a passenger/camera is on the train the camera will move with the train, but it can also move ON the train to another location in the train or look around freely while the train is moving. So changing the camera location and orientation in this case makes sense to be relative to the parent object not to the world.

Being able to manipulate the camera directly in the viewport while looking through the camera is valuable and it should work correctly regardless of whether the camera is parented to other objects or not and such camera manipulation should not affect other objects outside of camera object hierarchy.

Thanks for the report, but this is intended default behavior, so no bug here. You can disable that 'move parent' behavior in user preferences,Interface, 'Camera Parent Lock' setting.
