With 2.76 as well as a build from today, the attached crashes if you enable the visibility of the boolean with the target "usb-port-2" (others also crash it).

@ideasman42, this is a report against 2.76 release by the looks of it. Perhaps it doesn't make much sense to fix carve if we're going to use bmesh.
