.blend of Linux-origin causes "Import Images as Planes" to fail, when double-clicked in Windows, but not when loaded from a plain run of Blender. #47360

[2.76b, debian jessie, and w7x64]

The attached .blend was begun under Linux.
If the .blend is double-clicked to run blender (2.76b stock in windows), the Import Images as Planes addon will error.
If blender is run alone, and the file selected from the recents list, it works fine (Import images as planes works).

Attached is the .blend, and a screenshot of the error.
