 RAM: 4.00GB (3.18GB usable)
 System Type: 64-bit Operating System**
 Operating system: Win7 Ultimate (service pack 3) and 
 Graphics card: 1GB (Nvidia graphics card)

Blender 2.76b

 Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
 Worked: (optional)

Slower gameplay experience

Its FPS decreases in all Blender games,such as Sintel the game in my pc

 Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Blender is the best of the best,the greatest software which is very very easy to understand and learn.
You can create anything easily with reality.I love Blender.

are you sure you attached the .blend file?

as a side note: if you appreciate Blender you may want to contribute to the Blender Foundation Development Fund . most developers are highly motivated and spend their free time, but it also needs some regulars devs.
