Worked: 2.77 22a2853 release

The circle that shows uv sculpt brush doesn't show up in the uv window, but does show up when hovering over the t or n panels. Opposite what it should be.

To repeat,
uv map some geo
go to uv editor
from the menu UVs-> UV Sculpt
move mouse over uv window and t, n panels
