Intel Core i5-3360M
Integrated GPU

Blender Version
Broken: 2.77a
Worked: 2.71

Short description of error
During Smoke Domain rendering wireframe is visible as edge artifacts. It is confirmed for CPU render. Some users report that the issue is not present when rendering on GPU, see: https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?401907-Smoke-domain-s-wireframe-visible-on-render

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open attached blend file in Blender 2.77a. Run smoke simulation for a few frames (about 10-20). Render the result on CPU.

I can't reproduce the issue (I tested frames 20 and 25) on Linux Mint 17.3 on a FX8350 with commit 04b3d68.
I also tested without SSE/AVX and without QBVH, still no artifacts.
So, I'd guess this is another volume bug that depends on some undefined behaviour, but the SIGFPE patch doesn't produce any signals either...

@LukasStockner, i can reproduce the issue. It might be same as #46108 -- ray hits a very corner and being pushed outside of the volume by the ray_offset(). But will need to run some actual tests about this.

I can no longer reproduce the issue with latest Git versions.

@glukoz, please test latest builds from builder.blender.org to see if the issue still happens for you.
