[Web] License icon tooltip causes icon to move #49031

Mouse-over on license icon moves it to the left.

For example, go to Dance Hall 2, and hover your mouse over the CC-BY icon. When the tooltip appears, the logo moves to the left by quite a lot. Moving the mouse slightly pops the icon back to its old place, as the mouse no longer hovers over it.

Tested on FF 48 and Chrome 52 on Win10.

Can confirm.

Seems it has to do with automatic left margin, when the tooltip object appears then margin is not auto anymore, aligning it wrong. Will look into it.
