For some time, we do not have http:*archive.blender.org/development/architecture/blender-file-format/ which comes from https:*developer.blender.org/diffusion/B/browse/master/doc/blender_file_format/

has not been accessible online we have some links that are trying to reach this, for example on https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Source/Architecture

My idea is to include it in the API.

I rather disagree here, .blend file format is not part of the API at all… Imho it should rather be in wiki with the other generic dev docs about blender codebase etc.

I am not sure what to do with the links to:

http://www.atmind.nl/blender/blender-sdna.html (could be converted to a local wiki page)
http://www.atmind.nl/blender/blender-file.zip (keep as is?)
