Broken: 2.78a e8299c8
Worked: 2.77a

Short description of error
Blender no longer working with FirePro GPU Rendering. It worked well with 2.77a and I wanted to see the improvements to OpenCL. I tried going back but it informs me that a later version is installed and exits.
I tried using each Pitcain in the settings and the Pitcain x2 option, but all error.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender, change to cycles, select GPU compute, hit F12. Error reported in console:

Thanks, I think I'm working again.

I made the changes to kernel_projection.h as suggested and it now appears to work. I didn't change anything in kernel_shader.h as the function defined on line 237, shader_setup_from_sample, is different in many ways.

Also, I couldn't find anything in the path mentioned, but searched and found them in C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78\scripts\addons\cycles\kernel

Thanks
Neil
