Blender v2.78
When I try and import a .ship file from Kerbal Space Program using "Import-Export: KSPBlender .craft Import (KSP)" And I get an error.
To make this error occur, I have enabled the following addons, "Import-Export: KSPBlender .craft (KSP) & Import-Export Mu model format (KSP)"
When I go [ file, import, KSP Craft (.craft)] I select a stock vessel and the error occurs. It looks like this.

KSPBlender is not a inbuilt addon nor part of blender itself. You are best to report it to the addon creator rather than here

Like it was said,, for maintenance of this add-on you'll have to contact the author, because it's not officially maintained / hosted by Blender - it's not in release nor contribution.
You can check if the add-on is a third party one by downloading a developer build of blender and look at the 2.7x/scripts/addons and addons_contrib folders, or check out the https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts under Release and Contrib columns.
Also, before contacting the third party developer of the add-on be sure to:
