Short description of error

The Extrude Last Operator panel contains confusing labels. The title gets repeated as a label, followed by a Shrink/Fatten label. And then finally the first element to tweak the content. This wastes lots of UI space, and confuses the user.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Enter Edit Mode, switch to Face select. Perform Extrude Individual. Then have a look at the Last Operator panel in the tool shelf.

This is not a classical bug. More a To Do. And when i have a look at the panel that comes up with F6 then i can even see where it comes from. But the gap between the title bar and the first tweak element is pretty big by these not necessary labels. And can cause not necessary scrolling.

The title of the Extrude Individual Faces operator is definitely not needed as content of the panel. Other operators doesn't display the title twice neither. And same goes imho for the Shrink/Fatten label. Since we have the Edit box already labeled as Offset.

Thanks for the report, but no bug here, this is expected UI for a macro operator combining three actual operators (extrude, shrink/fatten and offset ones).
