Short description of error
The dope sheet summary show that have more keys that trully are.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I don't know how this happen, just copy and paste pose to the end and happened. In unity3d the animation appear with one more key. Check everywhere and there are no more keys.

I'm guessing that you might just have some hidden keyframes somewhere in there (e.g. the layer the bones are on isn't visible).

Here is the file, the gost button display every keframe in the rig on Action Editor. Time a go I have a problem with that and the solution was set the start frame in Blender to 0 as default, I don't know is that is the problem, but I remenber one bug with the start frame 0 long time a go

Ah, I've finally found the keyframes causing the problem:
On the custom property controls (at the bottom of the channels list, outside any groups), each F-Curve only had a single keyframe. The calculation code was adding padding onto those values, increasing the overall length, even though the whole action was already > 1 frame long.
