try replace python35_d.dl with this

@umar haruna abdullahi (pyc0d3r) : I have the lib(python35_d.dll) at lib\win64_vc14\python\lib. Not sure why it throws the error.
Also can i know the source and destination path, where this replacement needs to be done ?

Did you execute the 'install' target? libs have to be copied to final install dir (along with blender.exe itself) for things to work correctly.

Anyway, please do not report issues related to building Blender on this tracker, those are to be handled through IRC (#blendercoders on freenode.net) or ML (bf-committers@blender.org).

Had to do a build for INSTALL project.
@Bastien Montagne (mont29) : I had asked on irc, @umar haruna abdullahi (pyc0d3r) asked to file a bug.
Anyways, Will keep that in mind the next time.
Thank you.

@Saurabh Wankhade (sauraedron) well, am sorry you got that wrong advice, but really, tracker is only for bugs found in official builds, not 'dev' kind of issues. ;)
