When baking a texture in Cycles with a high amount of samples or large texture-resolution the time left estimate is a huge negative number and the progress-bar doesn't move

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
BugReport.blend
Open the attached .blend file, select the Plane object and click "Bake". Check the estimated time left by hovering over the progress bar. Also notice how the progress-bar is not progressing. Happens on both CPU and GPU.
