Blender Version
v2.78
Broken: Addon- SpeedRetopo error. Message- **Multiple addons using the same name found! likely a problem with the script search path. (See console for details)
Worked: never{F491442}

Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When installing the addon for the first time I received a message stating that an object with the same name already exists.
Also when applying the bsurface after using the grease pencil draw tool the lines show up scrambled as shown in the pictures uploaded.

hi, we do not support external addons in our bug tracker, please see vendor for issues.
however, in this case you have most likely installed the addon twice in different locations.
if you open the blender console it will have the paths to the duplicate addons listed, pick which one you need to delete.
