Worked: Saving as a blender file to my pc
Short description of error
Whenever I try to render the intro or export it in another format other than blender file it crashes simultaneously .
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Push render animation .

and 2.78c officialCrash can be repeated with the above configurations. Downloading and installing the required font didn't change the nature of the crash.

I cannot confirm any crash here. However, your custom font is missing from the file, so that may be the culprit - bad fonts can generate bad geometries and our font handling code is not advanced enough to always cope with those correctly, which can lead to crash. So please:

Oh, did not saw latest comment… so crash can be replicated, and seems to be a Cycles issue, OSX-only maybe?

The Blender internal BVH builder is running out of stack space, it might be macOS specific since threads there have a smaller default stack size than other operating systems.
