Please follow our submission template and guidelines and make a complete, valid bug report, with required info, precise description of the issue, precise steps to reproduce it, small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.

this report contains no information, sorry but we cannot accept this report.
you may want to consider looking at the report guidelines and providing information such as os, blender exact version from the splash, how you cannot use and generally provide enough information for developers to test and identify bugs.
looptools afaiks in the test I had to run works in blender 2.79rc2 and will work in blender 2.79 when it's released.
I do have reports that looptools is broken in nightly builds, if this is the case and you need to use looptools, please only use rc2 or when 2.79 is officially released.
Any issues with looptools in nightly builds will be addressed after 2.79 release cycle is finished.
Closing as Invalid.
This task may be reopened if a valid report is made using blender 2.79rc2 as the test build.
