Worked: Blender 2.79

Short description of error
Using the "Dynamic Sky" plug-in with Blender with "International Sources: English (Spanish)" generates an error.

This is what the console says:
Dynamic Sky]
Error: 'bpy_prop_collection[key]: key "Background" not found'
Advertencia: Make a Procedural sky has failed (See Console for more info)
{'CANCELLED'}

It seems that the error is when using Blender in another language, since when trying again with Blender in English, it works without problems. I think it has to do with the renaming of "Background"

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Initiate blender with "International fonts: Español (Español)
Activate the Dynamic Sky Addon
Press Create

Please, since this is an International site with people all around the World, use English for reporting bugs.

Concerning the bug I'm afraid that this is a limitation of the current system where the words searching for nodes were hardcoded.
I'll see what the issue is and upload a script here until a possible 2.79a version is released, if not you can download a developer / daily build in the future.

I'll post here about the possible solutions.

hi after our discuss in irc, use_translate_new_dataname was indeed not working, same in other languages i tested.
Your fix no longer has the issue.
it would be ok to clean up the file and commit to master, If anyone else has the issue we can point them to the new file.
