System Information
Win7 64bit

Blender Version
Broken: 2.79

Short description of error
It maybe works as planned, but Copy Attributes doesn't copy Particle modifier as CTRL L does (transfer modifiers)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Make two objects, add Particle System to one of them, copy it to another via CTRL C and CTRL L -> see the difference

It is not behaviour that I observe.
Copy Attributes addon is copying all modifiers. But most Simulate Modifiers have lots of settings only accessible by Physics tab that are not copied.

If you try to copy Hair particles using Copy Attributes from active object, Emitter particles are added to selection.
But it also occurs with softbodies, for example. If you want to copy a softbody modifier with settings different than default ones, selection will still receive softbody modifiers with default settings.

It is not a new behaviour. I always considered that as a known limitation of the addon.
But it looks like it is not explained on documentation page of the addon.

One option here is to add parts the ctrl/l to the menu to replace the current entries. Also there's the Particle specials for copy only particles. These seem to be working well. As usual it's a matter of finding time/maintainer to make the changes.
