Short description of error
I'm totally unable to see the OBJ file I'm importing. I tried everything. It looks like the scale of it is X:1.000, Y:1.000, Z:1.000.
I played with the origins, tried to re-scale, checked everywhere around the view port but it simply is not there. I can see it's origin or where is is but it's completely invisible. The OBJ file I'm importing is just 9 mb. I was able to import files around 30-40mb.
Thank you.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

You're gonna have to attach the problematic file for us to take a look at, without it there's nothing to investigate.
