Eevee ignores Mark Sharp edges

Short description of error
The same model rendered in Cycles or Eevee shows different due to Sharp Edges

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
If I clean the Sharp Edges, the smoothing of the object in Cycles and Eevee is the same, if I mark them again, the object is not represented in the same way.

.blend file had been requested by Dalai on Blenderartists on 2.8 thread

It looks like problem was presented as a normal map issue, then.
But in fact, it is related to unsupported custom normals.

So, I let Dalai decide what to do with this report.

Thanks for the report. This is known and has been reported. For future reports (once 2.8 is open for bug reports) remember to actually simplify your file. No need for 18MB for an easy to isolate issue like this one.
