Short description of error
Motion Tracking - clean up - delete tracks or delete segments doesn't work

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Please open the attached blend file with the video.

The Motion Tracking > Solve (tab) > Clean Up (panel) should be open.

If you deselect all tracks and then

  1. Select "Select"
  2. Filter Tracks
  3. Works: 3 Tracks get selected

But if you select "Delete Track" or "Delete Segment"
it does nothing.

The Button "Clean Tracks" also does nothing.

This isn't really a bug, Filter Tracks and Clean tracks are using different ways to identify and operate on outliers. Clean Trackswill use Frames, Error and operation (Select, Delete Segment, Delete) from the tool shelf as initial values for operator settings (which you then can tweak in operator redo panel). Filter tracks will only select tracks with the the track threshold coming from operator redo panel.

Tried to make it more obvious what uses what in rBbe5123a0a9c, so hopefully now there is less confusion.
