Blender 2.8 bad normal behavior on imported model

Broken: 2.8 test builds as of Nov 1 2017. No known working builds previously.

Short description of error
Plugging a blank normal map node (or a normal map) into the object material breaks normals for that object, and for any additional objects added to the scene afterwards.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open attached .blend
Connect blank normal map node to the material node

Please test with a more recent Blender. If the problem persist let me know and I will re-open this issue.
But in that case please also include more details regarding what you mean by "breaking normals for that object and additional objects".
